We love the opportunity to send our felt out to a customer. Our material really is Made to Feel so please call, email or contact us here and we can have a memo sample (4” x 4” approximately) of our 3mm and 5mm Wool Designer Felt sent out to you. We carry memo samples of our 3mm and 5mm Wool Designer Felt, small Décor Tiles/Panels samples, and Felt2Felt. All other products can be viewed as high resolution photos on our website and specification sheets. Larger samples may require a sample order—please contact us for more information.

When purchasing our 3mm and 5mm Wool Designer Felt we are happy to offer an opportunity for a discount on the purchase of “Full Rolls”.

Full Rolls are defined as existing rolls in our inventory and can come in a variety of lengths (up to a maximum length of 27.35 yards). You have the option to cut the material to a precise amount to receive a “Partial Roll” at our regular price, however, to reduce waste we ask that clients purchase existing rolls from our inventory if possible. Please contact us for inventory levels—understand these levels are subject to change and material can only be held if a non-refundable deposit has been placed on the order.

Due to a high demand our rolled goods are only available to be held with a non-refundable deposit that goes towards an order.

Products cannot be held as all Interior Felt products are made to order and require a non-refundable deposit to go into production.

We try to provide the best lead times possible by analyzing the production schedule at time of order and communicating a realistic timeline. Please keep in mind that estimated lead times are always subject to change from time of initial inquiry due to changes in the production schedule. Specific lead times are provided at time of order and deposit.

For convenience we accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa), EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and payment by check. Any payment by credit card must be less than $20,000 per customer. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express at this time. If paying by check please allow extra time (often 2-3 days) for the funds to clear before lead time can begin or products can be processed for release.
